Book a Class

Booking instructions:

  1. Select your class type (days/times offered indicated)

  2. Select a date and complete payment to reserve your spot

    Drop in rate: $20 (HST included)
    Class packs (save 25-30%)

    To use a class pass, click redeem coupon or package and enter the email address used to purchase the pass package

  3. Receive a confirmation email with instructions on parking and entry to the studio

Classes are currently held at The Sunday Studio at 283 Duke St W #340, Kitchener, ON N2H 3X7

Note: class cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum 24 hours notice, otherwise full payment for the reservation will be forfeited.
